San Diego County Water Authority Subregional Natural Community Conservation Program/Habitat Conservation Plan Final Environmental Impact Statement and Habitat Conservation Plan
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released the final Environmental Impact Report and Habitat Conservation Plan for the San Diego County Water Authority's application for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act, which would allow the water authority to take species for 55 years during construction and operations in San Diego and Riverside Counties, California.
