USGS Requests Public Comment on Extension of Consolidated Consumers' Report Information Collection

The USGS is seeking public comment on an extension of its paperwork requirements for the Consolidated Consumers' Report, a single form that must be submitted by March 31, 2011, in order to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
