U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Seeks Comments on Proposed Shiloh III Wind Plant Project and Habitat Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting public comments on a proposed 36-year incidental take permit for the California tiger salamander, as part of the Shiloh III Wind Plant Project in Solano County, California, and a draft Habitat Conservation Plan and Environmental Assessment.
