NPS Releases Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Yellowstone Winter Use Plan
The National Park Service has made available a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for a Winter Use Plan at Yellowstone National Park, which includes Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
