BLM Requests Public Comment on Proposed Forms for Paperwork Reduction Act Compliance

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking public comment on two proposed forms, Form 3830-4 and Form 3830-5, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The BLM aims to obtain a new control number from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to streamline its processes.
