U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Provides Notice on Incidental Take of Migratory Birds by Armed Forces

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a final rule allowing members of the Armed Forces to incidentally take migratory birds during approved military readiness activities, as authorized by the 2003 National Defense Authorization Act, and has notified the public that the period of this authority will expire when the regulations take effect and all legal challenges are exhausted.
