CFTC Orders Henry Financial Contracts to Stop Performing Price Discovery Function

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has issued orders stating that the Henry Financial Basis (HEN), Henry Financial Index (HIS), and Henry Financial Swing (HHD) contracts traded on the IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) do not perform a significant price discovery function. The CFTC made this determination after reviewing comments and information from ICE and other sources.
