DOE Proposes Revisions to Contractor Legal Management Requirements and Acquisition Regulations

The Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to revise its regulations covering contractor legal management requirements, specifically for contracts exceeding $100,000,000, and for legal counsel costs exceeding $100,000. The proposed changes will provide rules for handling legal matters and associated costs for these contractors and the Department's retained legal counsel.
