Enbridge Energy Seeks Permit Amendment for Line 67 Pipeline

The Department of State has received an application from Enbridge Energy, LP to amend a 2009 permit allowing the operation of the Line 67 Pipeline across the US-Canada border to its full capacity of 880,000 barrels per day, up from its current average annual capacity of 800,000 barrels per day of heavy crude oil.
