U.S. Department of State Issues Presidential Permit for Vantage Pipeline Project

The U.S. Department of State granted a Presidential Permit to Vantage Pipeline US LP on July 16, 2013, allowing the company to build, operate, and maintain a pipeline in North Dakota to export ethane to Canada, in accordance with national interest guidelines.
