CFTC Proposes Rules to Combat Market Manipulation

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is proposing new rules to strengthen its authority to prevent market manipulation, building on the anti-manipulation authority outlined in section 753 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
