The Department of the Treasury Requests Comments on Proposed Form 1099-K Collection

The Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on proposed information collections, including Form 1099-K, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
