Federal Departments Publish Guidance on Summary of Benefits and Coverage Requirements

The Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and the Treasury are releasing guidance and final regulations to implement disclosure requirements for group health plans and health insurance issuers under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, including templates and instructions for compliance with section 2715 of the Public Health Service Act.
