CFTC Publishes Interim Final Rule for Reporting Post-Enactment Swap Transactions

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is seeking public comment on an interim final rule requiring the reporting of 'transition' swaps to a registered swap data repository or the Commission, ahead of the implementation of more comprehensive swap data reporting rules.
