CFTC Requests Public Comment on Proposed Swap Reporting Rule

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is seeking public input on a proposed rule requiring counterparties to report pre-enactment unexpired swaps, as part of its efforts to implement the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
