DOL Publishes Direct Final Rule on Fee Disclosure Regulation

The Department of Labor (DOL) has published a direct final rule amending its fiduciary-level fee disclosure regulation under ERISA, revising the mailing address and enhancing the web-based submission procedure for notices filed under the regulation's fiduciary class exemption provision, in response to a proposed rule that was published today.
