The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has amended a proposed rule to implement the Comprehensive Annual Catch Limit Amendment for the Snapper-Grouper Fishery, Golden Crab Fishery, Dolphin and Wahoo Fishery, and Pelagic Sargassum Habitat in the South Atlantic Region, following the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council's (Council) decision to reduce the allowable biological catch (ABC) for wreckfish.
