FTC Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Extension of Telemarketing Sales Rule Information Collection

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting public comments on its proposal to extend the current Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance for its Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) information collection requirements until August 31, 2016, as the current clearance expires on August 31, 2013.
