SEC Extends Comment Period for Rule on Material Conflicts of Interest in Securitizations

The Securities and Exchange Commission is extending the comment period for a proposed rule to address material conflicts of interest in certain securitizations, originally set to end on December 19, 2011, until January 13, 2012.
