Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zone at Navy Pier in Chicago Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone in Chicago Harbor, near Navy Pier, from September 3, 2011, to September 24, 2011, to ensure public safety during fireworks events, restricting vessel movement and requiring permission from the Captain of the Port, Sector Lake Michigan.
