Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Corporate Party on Hornblower Yacht in San Francisco Bay

The US Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone near Pier 48 in San Francisco Bay to protect participants and spectators at a corporate party on a Hornblower yacht, due to the use of pyrotechnics. Unauthorized vessels are not allowed to enter the zone without permission from the Captain of the Port or their representative.
