Coast Guard Submits ICRs for Oil Pollution Act Revisions

The U.S. Coast Guard is submitting Information Collection Requests (ICRs) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval of revisions to two information collections: Claims under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 and State Access to the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund for Removal costs under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990. The Coast Guard is seeking public comments on these ICRs before submitting them to OIRA.
