Coast Guard Updates Shipping and Transportation Regulations

The Coast Guard has finalized a rule making non-substantive changes to its shipping and transportation regulations, primarily technical corrections and conforming amendments, which will take effect on October 1, 2011, with no impact on the regulated public.
