Department of Homeland Security Submits Information Collection Request for Case Assistance Form and Online Ombudsman Form

The Department of Homeland Security's Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Service Ombudsman is resubmitting an information collection request for the Case Assistance Form and Online Ombudsman Form (Form DHS-7001) for review and clearance by the Office of Management and Budget, following a previous 60-day public comment period that received no comments, and extending the public comment period by 30 days.
