Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request, Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is submitting a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance of its information collection activities, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. FEMA will describe the nature of the information collection, the categories of respondents, and the estimated burden and cost associated with the data collection instruments it will use.
