Coast Guard Proposes Revisions to Fireworks Safety Zones in Fifth Coast Guard District

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing changes to the list of permanent safety zones for fireworks displays in the Fifth Coast Guard District to protect mariners and the public from potential hazards, and entry into these zones will be restricted during enforcement periods without prior approval from the Captain of the Port.
