National Customs Automation Program Test Concerning Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Simplified Entry

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) plans to conduct a National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) test for Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) entry capability, allowing importers to submit required data elements prior to cargo arrival. The test, open to air transportation entries, aims to simplify the entry process and provide earlier release decisions.
