Temporary Drawbridge Operation Regulation Deviation Issued for Illinois Central Railroad Drawbridge at Dubuque, IA

The Commander of the Eighth Coast Guard District has temporarily relaxed regulations for the Illinois Central Railroad Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River at Dubuque, Iowa, to allow for necessary preventive maintenance, which will be performed during the winter months when river traffic is lower, and will enable the bridge to open on signal with at least 24 hours' notice.
