DOJ and DEA Propose Changes to Privacy Act Regulations for Investigative Reporting and Filing System

The Department of Justice and Drug Enforcement Administration are proposing amendments to their Privacy Act regulations for the Investigative Reporting and Filing System, a modified system of records, to exempt it from certain provisions that could interfere with law enforcement and counterterrorism functions.
