Department of Justice Issues Final Rule for Debt Collection Enforcement System

The Department of Justice is implementing a new system of records, JUSTICE/DOJ-016, to manage debt collection efforts, exempting it from certain provisions of the Privacy Act to protect law enforcement functions.
