Bureau Requests Comments on Existing Collection of Firearms Licensee Information

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking public comments on its existing collection of information related to Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) enrollment and National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) E-Check enrollment forms, as well as FFL officer/employee acknowledgments of responsibilities under the NICS form.
