Reimbursement Rates for Calendar Year 2010
The Director of the Indian Health Service (IHS) has approved reimbursement rates for inpatient and outpatient medical care provided by IHS facilities for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries in 2010. These rates apply to hospitals and ambulatory care clinics operated by IHS or Indian Tribes/Tribal organizations.
