U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Lists Red-Crowned Parrot as Candidate for Endangered or Threatened Status

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced a 12-month finding on a petition to list the red-crowned parrot as endangered or threatened under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and has determined that listing is warranted due to available scientific and commercial information.
