Bureau of Land Management and California Public Utilities Commission Announce Availability of Joint Final Environmental Impact Statement and Final Environmental Impact Report for Tule Wind Project

The Bureau of Land Management and the California Public Utilities Commission have prepared a joint final environmental impact statement and final environmental impact report for the Tule Wind Project and the East County Substation Project, and are making these documents available to the public.
