Deadline for Tribal Self-Governance Program Applications

The Office of Self-Governance (OSG) has set a March 1, 2012, deadline for Indian tribes and consortia to submit completed applications to participate in the tribal self-governance program in fiscal year 2013 or calendar year 2013, as part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) Indian Health Care Improvement Act (IHCIA).
