AT&T to Amend Exemption for Certain Prohibited Transactions Involving AT&T Inc. and Affiliates

AT&T is amending its exemption from prohibited transactions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the Code) to allow for certain modifications to its pension plan, which would have otherwise resulted in ERISA and/or Code violations.
