Exemption Granted for Liberty Puerto Rico 401(k) Plan to Acquire Liberty Latin America Ltd. Stock

The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 have been waived for the Liberty Puerto Rico 401(k) Savings Plan to purchase shares of Liberty Latin America Ltd. stock, allowing the plan to acquire, hold, and sell certain stock rights.
