Federal Agency Announces Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review for Paperwork Reduction Act Compliance

The U.S. government is seeking public comment on a new information collection activity related to reports, forms, and recordkeeping requirements, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and has submitted it to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, following a 60-day public comment period that ended on February 8, 2010.
