Fees for the Unified Carrier Registration Plan and Agreement

The Unified Carrier Registration Plan and Agreement will begin charging annual registration fees and implementing a fee bracket structure for the 2010 calendar year, as mandated by the Unified Carrier Registration Act of 2005.
