USDA Finalizes Plum Pox Virus Quarantine Rule

The US Department of Agriculture has adopted a final rule updating the plum pox virus quarantine areas, removing parts of Pennsylvania and adding parts of New York, to prevent the spread of the disease and ease restrictions.
