Tonto National Forest to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Salt River Allotments Vegetative Management Proposal

The Tonto National Forest will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to assess the proposal to enhance ecological conditions through fire and grazing management, while authorizing continued livestock grazing on NFS lands in the Globe and Tonto Basin Ranger Districts, within the Salt River watershed in Arizona.
