U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Wood and Plastic Composite Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant an exclusive license to P & M Signs, Inc. for the rights to a patent for a wood and plastic composite material and methods for making it, issued in 2003.
