National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection to Hold Public Meeting

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is announcing a public meeting of the National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection (NACMPI) on September 22 and 23, 2011, to review and discuss pre-harvest and validation issues, with reports to be presented to the full Committee.
