U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Saturated Branched Chain Fatty Acids Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant an exclusive license to PMC-Biogenix of Memphis, Tennessee, for the U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 12/774,347, which was filed on May 5, 2010, for a process to prepare saturated branched chain fatty acids.
