U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License to DICKEY- john Corporation

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is planning to grant an exclusive license to DICKEY- john Corporation for two patents related to moisture content determination in particulate and granular materials. The license will cover U.S. Patent No. 6,691,563, issued on February 17, 2004, and U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 12/782,079, filed on May 18, 2010.
