US Department of Agriculture Publishes Final Rule on School Meal Eligibility Changes
The US Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service has finalized changes to school meal eligibility rules, as mandated by the Child Nutrition and WIC Reauthorization Act of 2004, to implement nondiscretionary provisions and correct an amendment to the interim rule published in 2007.
