Comment Request: Understanding the Rates, Causes, and Costs of Churning in SNAP

The U.S. government is seeking public comment on a proposed data collection to study the rates, reasons, and costs of participants leaving the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). This collection is mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
