USDA Corrects Typographical Errors in Meat and Poultry Shipment Regulations

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has corrected errors in the final regulations for a voluntary cooperative program allowing small State-inspected meat and poultry establishments to ship products across state lines, which was published on May 2, 2011, and went into effect on July 1, 2011.
