US Department of Agriculture Invites Public Comment on Proposed WIC Form Collection

The US Department of Agriculture is seeking public input on proposed information collections for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), including new forms FNS-698, FNS-699, and FNS-700, and the Integrity Profile (TIP), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
