FERC Modifies Pipeline Posting Requirements to Enhance Price Transparency

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has updated its regulations to require major non-interstate pipelines to post daily scheduled volume information and other data for certain points, aiming to increase price transparency in the natural gas market, as mandated by Section 23 of the Natural Gas Act.
